    Wholeheartedly recommend this location. Agoda messed up my booking and allowed overbooking. The manager sorted everything out for me, and was so kind and helpful. The gardens are beautiful, there is a pool to cool down (which is freshwater and lovely and cold). The food is delicious too. i liked the buffet to try different meals. Beds were super comfy and shower always had hot water and the bathroom was also lovely, with supplied extra ammenities i.e toothbrush, soap etc. Great location to take a walk around and just relax. i would come here and just spend a couple days relaxing after your safaris etc. Thankyou to the kind staff here, they really went above and beyond.

    This hotel was lovely - the room was large and spacious. The only criticism is that there is no door on the bathroom - though there is on the toilet and shower. It just meant getting up in the night and turning the light on would disturb others in the room. The grounds are lovely and the food really good- we went Al a carte which was better value and quality than the buffet. The coffee at breakfast was unfortunately instant tbough they do have a bar with a coffee machine. We went walking nearby to the local villages however the main hub of chitwan was a distance away and would therefore need a taxi ride - which was a shame as it would have been nice to explore there. The hotel arranged the safari, taxi to the airport and put on a traditional show in the evening. Was generally an excellent stay and great value for money - but would have been good to have had an easy option to go out and explore nearby!
