It was great to arrive and feel comfortable and welcome. After a big day of travel, a wander around the sights of Wellington was cool bonus. Location was great. Easy access to airport the next day. Next time I would love to spend more time. thanks Richard.

This was a great option for a last minute booking. Be forewarned that there is only one room with a spa pool. I stayed downstairs with the shared bathroom - wasn't a problem and I didn't encounter the person in the room next door. The WiFi was a little spotty during my Zoom call but it worked well for streaming. It's a good option right near Cuba St.

- On arrival we found out there was no escalator, ok for me, but if you have a lot of luggage or need accessible ways, this might be a challenge. - “Breakfast provided”: in the form of bread, apples, juice etc in the fridge in the room. - One of the windows in our room could not be closed due to surrounding vines. - The heater in the room did not work. - Soundproof of rooms is not very good. We could hear next door shutting and opening doors very clearly. - The bathroom was clean, shower too, with average pressure & good temperature :)
