    Everything was walkable in the downtown area from here. We parked the car once and walked to all our planned activities. The hill where upper apartments were located is pretty steep but navigable. The apartment was clean with a nice view, and quiet. Staff was friendly on checking in and out. Overall great 3 day stay.

    Great location and a well-maintained and clean house. Floor heating is available, and guests can use the kitchen for cooking. Guests needs to clean and keep their own rooms tidy before check-out. The only downside was that, despite staying for several nights, only four coffee capsules were provided. Additional capsules were available, but at an extra charge.

    We informed the hotel in advance that we would arrive after 6 pm, and they provided instructions for self check‑in using a lock box. Unfortunately, when we unlocked the designated box, there was no key inside. This caused unnecessary delay as we had to spend time locating the night manager to resolve the issue. Although our booking was for a “roadside” room, I expected it to be at road level so we could park directly next to the apartment and walk in easily. Instead, the car had to be parked in the carpark. While that wasn’t a major concern, the real inconvenience was that our apartment was on the first floor with no elevator access. We had to carry all our luggage down the stairs and through a long hallway to reach the room, which was quite cumbersome. On the positive side, the sitting room was spacious and the bedrooms were of reasonable size. However, the shower room with the glass door had a design flaw: water leaked out easily during showers, leaving the bathroom floor wet, messy, and slippery. Overall, while the apartment offered decent space, the self check‑in issue, lack of elevator access, and poorly designed shower made the stay less convenient than expected.
