Great place to stay, especially in the summer when you want stay out anyway 👌🏽 it has all you need and the location is great. Good value for money.

Stayed for one night during our layover in Amsterdam and really loved the place! The rooms are small but comfy and cozy. You could even change the color of the lighting in your little cabin. The room and the bathrooms were clean and in the bathroom they had more fresh towels and soaps for your needs. Water bottles were provided and there were more upstairs if you needed. Check in and check out at the machine were easy to do. Agoda page says that check out starts at 7 a.m. but we left at 5:30 and had no problems checking out. They close the entrance for the night though, so you need to check in before that to get your keycard! We wanted to see as much of the city as possible so we didn’t really need anything else than a place to rest, shower and store our luggage, and This Ho(s)tel was perfect for that! The location was excellent: super close to the Amsterdam Centraal Station and surrounded by all kinds of different restaurants, bars, museums and shops. The staff was very friendly. All in all it was the perfect place for us to stay in and that’s why we booked it again for another layover on our way back home. Thank you so much!

When I checked in, the air conditioner wasn’t working, and the room was unbearably hot — I couldn’t get any sleep. On the positive side, the hostel is very close to the central station, and there are several well-known restaurants just downstairs. Overall, it’s only suitable for a short stay, maybe one night at most.

The location is incredible, right in the center and full of life, but make sure to bring slippers otherwise, if you want to take a shower, you'll be walking around barefoot. The major downside of the room is the ventilation/heating system, which is positioned right above the head It blows out cold air and an incredible amount of dust—I usually don’t have an issue with that, but here it really bothered me, creating a very dry atmosphere. Also, there’s a 1+1 cocktail offer at the bar. When we asked for it, they told us the bar was closed and we left, but when we returned about an hour later around 11 PM, we saw a group inside drinking cocktails... suddenly the bar had opened, as if by magic."
