Very good breakfast. Good for an overnight stay and close to airport. Parking was mentioned as free while booking , but when I checked it wasn't free and we had to pay

Due to confusion with the room number 209 instead 269 written on the card, we could not access to room and we were given access to someone else room. This is serious security breach as i had access to a room occupied with all the belongings in the room, but luckily no one was in the room as that would have caused embrassing situation for us and them.

⭐ 0/5 – Extremely Disappointing Experience My wife and I stayed here for one night in July 2026, and we were very disappointed with the overall experience. For a similar price, you can stay at the *** just across the road, where the service is far better. Here are the reasons why I would not recommend this hotel: 1. Poor reception service The receptionist's attitude was average at best and not what I would expect from a 4-star hotel. During check-in, they insisted on storing my bank card details so they could charge me automatically if I damaged anything. I have stayed in many hotels before and have never experienced this. If there is any damage, the hotel can inspect the room and charge accordingly, but why keep my card details? 2. No welcome drink There was no welcome drink or any warm hospitality upon arrival, which was disappointing for a hotel in this category. 3. Inconvenient and expensive location Although the hotel is advertised as being close to Oslo Airport, you still need to take a bus, which costs around €10 each way. If you want to visit the city, you first have to pay another €10 to get back to the airport before taking a train. This makes transportation unnecessarily expensive. In my opinion, staying in the city centre offers much better value. 4. Only one room key We were two guests but were given only one key card. This meant we couldn't go out separately, which was very inconvenient. 5. Overpriced food The food outside the breakfast buffet was extremely expensive and not worth the price. 6. No working room telephone or housekeeping service This was the biggest issue. The room telephone didn't work at all. Every time I went to the reception, there was a long queue because only one receptionist was on duty. When I finally asked how to contact housekeeping, I was told that after 8:00 PM there was no housekeeping service. I then asked which number I should call the next morning. The receptionist replied that she couldn't give me the number because it was the housekeepers' personal number. I explained that I wasn't asking for anyone's personal number—I simply wanted to know which extension to dial from the room phone. She then admitted that the room phones don't work, and if I needed anything, I had to come down to the reception every time. For a hotel charging these prices, having no working room phone and no proper housekeeping contact is simply unacceptable. 7. Charging for basic amenities I requested a toothbrush and toothpaste, but the receptionist told me I had to buy them. In most hotels, these basic toiletries are provided complimentary upon request. After paying such a high room rate, I found this very disappointing. Overall, the service, facilities, and customer care did not match the price or the hotel's 4-star rating. If I could, I would give this hotel -5/10. I would not recommend staying here. There are much better options nearby that offer significantly better service for the same price.
