    We checked in and there was one outlet in the entire room with 2 plugs that were occupied by the phone and the alarm clock for the hotel. Their response was unplug the phone and clock?! The 2 pillows on the bed were pathetic so I asked for extra pillows and they said no! Period! I won’t stay again unless I don’t want to get a good nights sleep lol

    Check in took forever, they didn’t have the room we reserved, they didn’t even have a queen bed. They said the only room left was one full bed. It was impossible to share and made sleeping difficult. The staff was rude, the ac wasn’t cold, no drinking water, no soap, one roll of toilet paper for four days and lots of mosquitos in the room. We thought we could at least relax by the pool, but it was absolute chaos. We didn’t know that they sold “day passes” to the pool, so it opens up to the public and makes it unusable for hotel guests. There were kids birthday parties, family gatherings, nowhere to sit, no room in the pool and insanely loud. The only positive was they had an ok breakfast buffet.

    Here are the main reasons why I would never stay here again. No hot water. That for me is a complete dealbreaker at this price point. S thin sheet instead of a comforter, zero water or fridge in room and super noisy due to planes overhead and staff outside of room and the rooms are small. You can do so much better at this price point.

    It’s clean and staff is friendly however they weren’t very accommodating. We needed one extra pillow or blanket and they couldn’t give us either. We also weren’t allowed to use the pool or bar area on our last night because there was a private party we were not made aware of when we booked. They were also doing construction starting in the early morning (6:30am) everyday and waking everyone up. It was fine for the price but I would recommend finding somewhere else to stay closer to the downtown area if you can.
