Promises in my booking confirmation like WiFi, Breakfast, Lounge access etc were all false. I never received any of such treatment. The first night , first, I was put in a room with so many insect wings on the sheet; next after complaining, I got transferred to another room with no lockable facility. Got moved again by the following morning to a third room. Too much noise preventing u from proper rest. Only some of the staff are fair. You don’t get response for your dress taken for two hours to iron; u ask to see kitchen staff/ room service, no one comes around after speaking to someone over the phone. The Supervisor literally has to follow adults with a whip!? I only enjoyed the meals and drinks I bought, though at extremely exorbitant prices. I won’t recommend the hotel!
