    Sukar juga nk cari tpt ambik kuncinya. Lain drpd tu tak ada. Yg lain² smuanya kitorg puashati Oh ya.. lupa, ada 1 bilik yg pintu balconynyq x dpt kunci. Smoga host dh baiki.

    It is with regret that I have to provide some feedback to you on the condition of the apartment and service received during our stay at SOHO. Let us start with the condition of the apartment upon arrival: Outdoor balcony. Could not walk out there as the floor was too dirty. A clutter of old and dirty cleaning brushes in the corner. Even a spare car tyre! Not a nice place to sit. Moving inside, the kitchen tiles were covered in some mould. I tried to clean myself but realized this was hopeless. The kitchen bench pole was covered in rust. I managed to clean it a little to prevent the rust getting on our clothes. The wooden flooring was in very poor condition and was a bit of a trip hazard as we walked around the apartment. The door locking mechanism was a bit loose and we had to take care when opening and closing the apartment. The bathroom was not clean and the shower easily flooded. The tiles and drain need attention. Generally, the apartment looked very run down, full of ex tenants clutter in the cupboards and not clean enough to receive guests. As for the service regarding the tv and wi-fi, we were disappointed that this was not resolved in a timely manner. The basics of a smart tv and wi-fi is essential in Airbnb these days and to spend almost 3 days of our holiday without this capability in some form was disappointing. For your consideration.     The homestay is clean, and the host responds quickly. The location is very strategic, but Netflix cannot be accessed, so we used YouTube instead-though you need to log in with your own account. The shower was not usable, so we just used the pipe, but it wasn’t a big issue since the hot water still worked.. There is a microwave but it cannot be used.. If you plan to cook rice, note that there is no rice cooker provided.. Overall, we were happy to stay for 7 days because of the convenient location, easy access to the swimming pool, Grab services, food stalls, and convenience stores...The check-in instructions were easy to understand.. Would we repeat our stay? Yes, we would..
