    ABSOLUTELY DISGRACEFUL! One of the most unprofessional hotel experiences I have ever had. O booked 4D3N but decided to checked out on the 2nd day. I informed the front desk that I intended to check out early, but I never gave them a checkout time or permission to check me out while I was away. Yet while I was out, the hotel entered my room, removed ALL my luggage and personal belongings, and dumped them in their storeroom without my knowledge or consent. When I returned and asked to go back to my room, I was casually told that the room had already been sold to another guest. Seriously? Since when can a hotel decide on its own when a paying guest has checked out, remove the guest’s belongings and then resell the room? What made the situation even worse was the complete lack of apology or professionalism from the staff. Instead of taking responsibility, they behaved as though what they had done was perfectly normal. This is NOT how you treat paying guests or handle someone’s personal belongings. Absolutely unacceptable, arrogant and unprofessional. I would strongly advise anyone considering this hotel to think twice before booking. There are plenty of hotels where guests are treated with basic respect. FYI - No sign of respond from the management even I had wrote an email regarding this matter!
