Room Is Acceptable, but Safety and Facilities Need Improvement The room itself was okay, but several issues need serious attention. First, the toilet door handle was broken, which was inconvenient. More concerning, the ceiling fan was installed too low, making it appear potentially dangerous and raising concerns about guest safety. I believe the management should review its installation and ensure it meets appropriate safety standards. The lighting also looks outdated and old-fashioned. Replacing it with modern LED lighting would make the room look brighter, cleaner, and more welcoming. Another inconvenience is the lack of power outlets near the bed, which makes charging mobile devices difficult. The television is also very outdated, with an old Akira model that could use an upgrade. Lastly, the room door does not have an additional security lock, which raises concerns about guests’ safety and peace of mind. Overall, the room is acceptable, but the hotel needs to invest in modernising its facilities, improving security, and addressing potential safety hazards. These improvements would make a significant difference to the overall guest experience.
