About this villa rental
New, spacious, well equipped villa is built in 2015. Villa is gated, completely surrounded by traditional stone walls and green fence. Parking is provided for 4 cars.
Property is 2200 m2 big.
House is very comfortable for up to 8 people. It has 3 fully equipped bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms. There is also one extra toilette and an open space living/dining room and kitchen.
Backyard has a swimming pool and the terrace with sun beds, small tables and parasols.
One terrace has a barbacue area and pavilion with sofa and armchairs.
The other terrace has a dining table and chairs for 8 persons.
Children playground is equipped with swings, toboggan and trampoline.
Guests have access to villa's garden with tomatoes, cucumbers, zucchini, beans, eggplants, peppers, strawberries, watermelons...

Beautiful villa - photos don’t do it justice. It felt really spacious, with stunning views but easily accessible to Gruda and only 10 minutes from the airport. ( with no issues from airport noise). The hosts were waiting for us on arrival with a lovely welcome pack and always available to answer questions

The villa We had a fantastic 2 week stay, making the most of the pool, BBQ and fresh produce in the vegetable patch.

Mario and Ivana are the most friendly hosts. We could literally ask anything. Mario also took us to his father for a wine tasting of his own production. The villa itself is perfect, all what has been described is true. What can not be seen on the pictures is that they have a Nespresso machine too :-). Beautiful pool, lots of sport activities and a magnific vegetable garden. Just walk in and think what you will eat or prepare next !! We will be more then happy if we can go back as soon as possible !

Beautiful modern villa with everything you could possibly need. Very safe for kids as all enclosed. Lovely outdoor areas to relax in well maintained garden and fruit and vegetable garden you can use. Park, trampoline and amazing pool within grounds. All outdoor areas have lighting. Pool has inflatables etc. Owners have thought of everything.Great indoor and outdoor dining areas. Lovely comfy seated area under patio beside garden. Amazing to watch stunning views and sunsets with the scent of lavender from their lovely garden.Air con in every one of the large bedrooms, all rooms ensuite. Each room has patio doors which have mosquito shutters and blackout shutters on every one.The owners were amazing, very friendly couple who are happy to help and give advise on the area. Set in a quaint village with easy access to Dubrovnik etc. Our hosts suggested going to Cavtat and getting boat over to Dubrovnik old town for the day which was amazing.Cant thank owners Ivana and Mario enough for their hospitality.Would highly recommend and our family intend to return.
