came for event in Gopeng. Decided to stay here. Quite deep inside . Really quiet . best to use 4WD to go in but reachable . The roads are bumpy . Place is beautiful, serene. BF spread limited though. If u plan to chill in Gopeng, do come here.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ An Amazing Stay Made Special by Mr. Chung! We had a wonderful experience at Sementra Nature Resort, surrounded by beautiful nature and peaceful surroundings. But what truly made our stay special was Mr. Chung, the manager. He is truly a gem of a person! He took his time to personally show us around the resort and introduce us to all the facilities and attractions. His hospitality, kindness, and dedication to providing the best service made us feel so welcomed and comfortable, just like we were at home. It is rare to meet someone who goes above and beyond to ensure guests have a memorable experience. Mr. Chung is genuinely one of the best people you could ask for to make your stay enjoyable. His warm personality and thoughtful service made such a positive impression on us. Thank you, Mr. Chung, for your time, kindness, and excellent hospitality. People like you make a place truly special. We really appreciate everything you did for us and will definitely remember this experience fondly. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a peaceful nature getaway with outstanding hospitality! 🌿❤️

Sementra is an excellent resort for a nature-oriented romantic getaway in Gopeng. It’s set in a lush and expansive site, with a tranquil setting close to nature. There are 3 types of accommodation and I chose the Larva over-water chalet. It was a cozy size and private, with its own balcony overlooking the water. The resort has a large swimming pool fed with water from a nearby waterfall. Best of all Sementra has a hot spring on site and features a hot water pool to soak in. Because of this, Sementra also attracts a population of Rajah Brooke butterflies. The resort manager (Mr Chung) is friendly and helpful and took us on a short walking tour of the property and highlighted some of its features, including the amazing fact that there are hardly any mosquitos around. All dining is done in Sementra’s own restaurant, since there are no other restaurants nearby. The food is decent and prices are not extortionate. Breakfast comes with the stay. Would recommend this place for a nature-oriented couples getaway.

The natural environment and hot springs were excellent and very relaxing. However, the food was average with limited variety, and there were not many activities available. Room cleanliness could also be improved, especially the bed sheets and towels. Overall, we enjoyed the nature and hot springs, but there is room for improvement in other areas.
