Room not maintained at all. Dirty like long time no ppl stay. Toilet No water heater and lot of mildew. Bed soft and lot of sand.

The property offers excellent value with a prime location close to the beach, complemented by friendly and helpful staff. Facilities are good overall, though the bathroom and hot water could use some improvement. Cleanliness was generally satisfactory and housekeeping kept things tidy throughout the stay.

Although I was only staying over night due to work schedule, I was expecting much more from the facility.
The reception was friendly, however there was many shortfall from the place.
1. You must check-in by 6pm cause the office is not available for check-in after 6pm. Not mentioned in Agoda.
2. No Wifi although in Agoda its mentioned with Wifi facility. The reception mention it never provided Wifi and Agoda did not update their page info.
3. No hot shorwer.
4. Only 1 small mirror in toilet which is already very small and cramped.
5. The room itself is extremely small with the ac same level with the bed.
6. No TV or mineral water or any other water provided.
7. The towels were and sheets were old and dusty with lizard droppings.
8. No telephone to reception.
9. Lots of bugs.
For the price that was paid, a 2 store budget hotel would provide way better amenities.
Had no choice and would never return.
