    Hotel okay. Katil selesa cuma saya dan suami ada rasa gatal2 sikit bila tidur atas tilam tu. Kami pilih bilik yg ada bathtub tapi air dlm bathtub tu tak penuh2. Tandas okay je. Ada kotor juga sikit tp tak licin la. Tekanan air pula tak brp okay. Kejap air laju, kejap perlahan. Tp okay je tidur sini sbb tak sesak dan mudah je nk ke pekan ipoh

    This was indeed a bad experience for us. From the get go was an issue. We made the booking on the same day of our stay, and withing minutes received a message on agoda message from the property asking us to make payment via bank transfer by 6PM failing which they will release the room. I had to stop by the road, transfer the money, whatsapp the receipt to 2 people before proceeding with my journey. Property instructions were given but there is no staff at the property and room number was also not provided. The property is located in some isolated, quiet area on top of shop lots. As for the room, I understand its a boutique concept but there is only 1 tiny sink and that also opposite the bed where if you brush you teeth, water spills everywhere in the room and on the bed. As for the bed, as you sleep, the mattress will slowly move away from the frame and will require the guest to push the mattress back to its position. Broken toilet seat is also another problem. Overall, it was not a pleasant stay.
