    Not saying do not stay there, as sometimes one does not have much choice, but I recommend to avoid if you can. Good location next to ferry. Had issues with the booking.. Maybe it was Agoda's fault... But it was framed by *** that they could not find my booking Customer service (03 5037 8296) was incompetent and apathetic. Noone meant to be insufferable, but the 4 different employees I dealt with were simply sub par... I just needed to feel like they tried. Spend several hours dealing with agoda and bouncing back and forth with the customer service team. After booking was "found" I enter my room and the thing is gross. Smelled like dry urine in the bathroom and the bed.. Picture attached.
