    Pro: Hotel best. Facilities pun bagus, bilik without window pun nice, selesa dan tidur nyenyak. Iron and iron board dekat corridor, that one sharing. Parking banyak depan hotel since hotel ni design shop lot. Hotel dekat dgn PD Waterfront. Banyak kedai, ada watson, maybank. Easy access. Tp weekend PD Waterfront mmg crowded gila. Sila plan perjalanan. Cons: Cadar dan comforter berhabuk sikit rasanya they just kemas gitu2 je. Kalau dtg awal kena tunggu sampai tepat 3pm baru staff bagi checkin, no issue cuma tak flexi sgt. P/S: Deposit rm50 + tourist charge rm4. Deposit kena cash.

    I stayed at this hotel for 2 days. The cleanliness was just okay, and the location is definitely a strong point as it’s very close to the beach. There are also plenty of parking spaces and many shops nearby, which is convenient. Unfortunately, the service—especially at the receptionist —was very disappointing. The staff appeared unprofessional and uninterested in their duties. They were frequently on phone and video calls during working hours instead of attending to guests. On top of that, they were talking loudly among themselves, which created an uncomfortable atmosphere and made it feel like guest service was not a priority at all. Overall, while the location and convenience are good, the poor attitude and behavior of the staff significantly affected the experience.
