I stayed at the VIP Grand Maputo Hotel from 23 to 30 May 2026 and had a very enjoyable experience. The hotel's excellent location and comfortable facilities made my stay both productive and relaxing.
During my stay, I had three important back-to-back business meetings, all of which went very well. The hotel's convenient location, reliable services, and comfortable environment helped me stay focused and well prepared throughout a busy schedule.
The staff were courteous, professional, and always willing to assist. My room was clean, spacious, and well maintained, providing a great place to unwind after long working days. I also appreciated the breakfast selection and the attentive service from the hotel team.
Thank you to everyone at VIP Grand Maputo Hotel for the warm hospitality and professionalism. I would gladly recommend this hotel to both business and leisure travellers visiting Maputo, and look forward to staying here again in the future.

Hotel Vip Grand has amazing customer service , the breakfeast was good , place is kept clean and neat and the pool was awesome , the staff is friendly and always willing to assist with any request
I would suggest the place to sort out the telephone lines as the room phones were not working and the internet wifi service kept disconnecting , also the room safe was missing so had to be moved to another room .The hotel carpet in the room is in desperate need to be changed as there are alot of stains on the floor carpet and the carpet looks very old and worn out
