    First and foremost, I would like to express my sincere appreciation to the Agoda team for your kind assistance in helping me secure a room at the lower ground floor. As I am currently using a wheelchair and unable to climb stairs, having an accessible room was very important to me. On 6 August 2026, I contacted Seed Hotel Wangsa Maju to enquire whether a ground-floor room was available. I was informed by the hotel staff that such a room was still available. Based on this information, I immediately made a reservation through Agoda for a two-night stay from 7 to 9 August 2026. After completing and paying for my reservation, I contacted the hotel again to request a ground-floor room. Unfortunately, I was informed that my request could not be accommodated. I therefore sought assistance from the Agoda team, and with the kind intervention of both the Agoda team and the hotel manager, I was eventually able to get a room at the lower ground floor. I truly appreciate the effort made to accommodate my needs. I was assigned a double room instead of the Deluxe Room that I had originally booked. I understand that the assigned room is RM10 cheaper per night than my original booking. The room was clean and comfortable, although it was slightly small for wheelchair movement. During check-out, the hotel refunded my RM20 deposit, which I had paid during check-in. However, as I was allocated a room that was RM10 cheaper per night for two nights, I believe there should also be a further RM20 adjustment or refund for the difference in room rate. This is simply my personal observation and feedback for your consideration. Despite this, Seed Hotel Wangsa Maju remains one of my preferred choices whenever I visit my mother in Desa Setapak. I would like to thank both the Agoda team and the hotel management for making the necessary arrangements and accommodating my request for a lower-ground-floor room. I truly appreciate your assistance and look forward to staying at the hotel again in the near future. Thank you.
