Tapi bila pegi sendiri,bersih je,semut pun takde . Air shower pun ok je laju...sgt2 recommended!! Next time nak dtg lagi bawak family ..uncle guard pun baik!     Unfortunately, my stay at this hotel was quite disappointing. The hotel gives a strong impression of being old and poorly maintained. There were several maintenance issues during our stay, including air-conditioning leaking, water leaking from the ceiling, and damaged floor tiles. Some of the broken flooring was sharp enough to potentially cut your feet. The kitchen window was also damaged and could not be properly closed. After checking in, the room was not fully prepared. There were no towels and no basic toiletries provided when we entered the room, which was inconvenient. Our room was located on the third floor, but there was no clear information that the hotel does not provide convenient access for elderly guests. Since there is no lift/elevator, elderly guests have to climb several flights of stairs, which can be quite difficult. Another major disappointment was the lack of Wi-Fi, which is especially inconvenient for guests who need internet access during their stay. On the positive side, the air-conditioning worked well and the room was very cold, which was one of the few things we were satisfied with. Overall, the hotel has potential, but it really needs better maintenance, proper room preparation, and improved facilities to provide a more comfortable experience for guests.

    Don't believe everything shown on the internet and pictures. I booked for 13 people, they gave me a villa but not a full villa but the "room in the villa" was a bit disturbed if there were small children making noise outside the room because they shared the "mini living room". Not only that, we also got a penthouse that accommodates 10 people. But look at the picture I uploaded, that's what we got during check-in. The thing I trashed the most was the stinky fridge that needed to be emptied. Just opened it and the smell of the penthouse was so bad, the maintenance was ruined. Then got a penthouse on the 3rd floor, still struggling to lift all the stuff. Tired of explaining everything. You just know this is not the best place for you to stay, want to know more information about this place? Whatsapp me 011-11470843. The good things is the manager offered us to stay at their most expensive unit which is village as a token of exchange and added with free bbq items. Pay attention if you don't want a headache, don't choose this place!
