    Pengalaman menginap di MetraSquare Hotel sangat mengecewakan. Keadaan bilik dan fasiliti hotel tidak memuaskan serta tidak selesa untuk diduduki. Katil di bilik patah, dan cadar pula koyak. TV juga tidak berfungsi sepanjang penginapan. Keadaan tandas sangat mengecewakan — terdapat lumut, lantai licin, dan kelihatan seperti tidak dibersihkan dengan baik. Dinding bilik pula nampak kotor dan seperti berkulat. Selain itu, kawasan tempat gosok baju juga sangat kotor. Terdapat sampah yang tidak dibersihkan, menjadikan ruang tersebut kelihatan tidak terurus dan tidak sesuai digunakan oleh tetamu. Secara keseluruhan, tahap kebersihan dan penyelenggaraan hotel ini sangat lemah. Dengan keadaan bilik dan fasiliti seperti ini, saya rasa pengalaman menginap di sini tidak berbaloi dan sangat mengecewakan. Harap pihak hotel ambil serius perkara ini dan lakukan penambahbaikan segera.
