Located right across from Pasar Seni LRT, & a bus station to everywhere else! Comfortable bed & nice hot shower. Food places all around with a 7-Eleven downstairs. There’s a self service laundromat (4 min walk, across from Travelodge). Owner is quick to respond & very helpful!

door PIN code was never sent in advance. We tried calling their phone number repeatedly, but no one ever picks up. The hotel is located above a 7-Eleven, so the entrance is just a set of stairs. There is a doorbell, but the staff is never on time. Reception states they open at 10:00 AM, but nobody showed up. We were left waiting outside until noon! The rooms are full of bed bugs. While we were there, another guest reported a bed bug issue, but the staff member completely brushed it off, claiming they "already sprayed" and making excuses. The staff is the exact same person messaging on WhatsApp. They use a profile picture of a white man on WhatsApp to make it seem like there’s a higher-up "boss" to take the blame, but it’s a total front to scam people and dodge accountability.

Great location right in the heart of Chinatown. The room was clean and had everything we needed. The rooftop was a great place to chill. The staff were very friendly and easy to communicate with. A great place to stay when travelling on a budget!

Too bad, quit immediately without money pay back. Not a well managed motel. Totally not same as what we see at booking page.
