This is well maintained busy hotel. Staff is well trained and works very hard.
The only downside to me was no complimentary options for hot drinks, such as tea, coffee or hot water in room. We have to keep bugging restaurant’s employees to get hot drinking water for us. They have been very nice all the times. Thanks a lot.

We were not aware or told at check in that they are found construction at the top floors and we were given a room at floor 3 which is right under the construction site. The noise started at around 8:30 am and got way more intense and unbearable at 8:45 am at which point I called front desk and was told there is “Reno’s” which my husband went to check and that was a full on construction site. No ammendments were made and a simple sorry which doesn’t fix anything is all we got. DO NOT GO HERE! It is also posted as Gamma and it’s not the name is Hotel Genova. Stay away from this rip off.
