    I was locked outside the hotel when i first arrived and had to call this random number to get a man to drive over and unlock the door. Once i got inside the man didnt even ask me for a name or anything and just took me straight to some random room. The room had no windows and was like a prison cell. There was stains all over the walls and sheets, a hole in the bathroom roof and bugs crawling out the pillows. There was no toilet paper or wifi. The door didnt lock properly either and i was locked inside the actual hotel building which made me feel highly unsafe!
