    Not to far from Pantai Cenang. But, it can be quite challenging to find for travelers who aren’t familiar with the area. Very near with Pasar Malam spot aka Night Market. The room has everything you need for your budget vacation. The parking space is spacious but the way in is narrow. The staffs which is family members, are nice & friendly. They are happy to assist you.

    Love it, but very simple room to stay for me n other 2kids,already requested extra bed for my kids, but sold out due tu school holidays, affordable for travel without kids or business,near to beach, facilities 80%, will recommend for who want room near beach which is cheap

    I changed more than 10 properties in Langkawi, and I only found Izz Rooms closer to the end of my stay in Langkawi. And I can say, it’s definitely the most clean, cozy and comfortable rooms in Cenang! Very clean, quiet, feels like home 🏠 owners take care well of the place, and it’s visible🫶 When other hotels are wet, smelly, moldy often for the same price! This place is often booked, so I advise to book in advance. Very nice hosts, clean and quiet yard, very close to the beach(5 mins walk). Highly recommend!

    the room was good, even the whole place was good. but place was not so much hyped or populated. it was a calm and nice place for solo travelers. but it was a bit far from the beach. overall i would say good for cheap price
