    My staycation was not great. 1st, the jacuzzi not functioning as jacuzzi, all button not working and confirmed by the staff. All rooms with jacuzzi have the same issue. I’m fine with that but unfortunately it doen’t stop there. Second, the water heater was also not functioning ! The staff said I have to wait for awhile but I have waited for several hours and still the same. It was so frustrating. Third, the room smells bad. The cleaness was also not satisfying. The checkin was smooth. The staffs who assisted me to check the room were kind but the hotel itself need a lot of improvement.
