    First time booked here, i found the hotel near Lotus, Kechik Restaurant and several stalls, 7E, 24 hr clinic if not mistaken. Very convenient because all i need just nearby.

    Disappointing experience — not what I expected from a “business hotel” The Leverage Business Hotel is essentially a shop-lot conversion into a hotel, and unfortunately the room and facilities reflected that. Our room faced a dirty backyard alley through a glass panel, which was hardly an appealing view. The only table in the room had no power socket, so the only practical place to charge our phones and other gadgets was on the small bedside table — and there was only a socket on one side of the bed. The corridor also had a strong smell of cigarette smoke, despite the hotel sending us a message stating that smoking was prohibited. As the building is a converted shop lot, ventilation appears to be quite poor, and the smoke smell was difficult to escape. Water pressure was adequate in the evening, but in the morning it became so weak that having a proper shower was difficult. For the price, I don't think this hotel offers good value. Personally, I would pay a little more and stay at the nearby Grand Alora Hotel, which appears to be a much more appropriate choice for a comfortable stay. The name “Business Hotel” suggests a hotel designed to accommodate business travellers, but the lack of convenient power points, poor ventilation and basic room setup make it difficult to live up to that description. In hindsight, I would definitely choose another hotel.
