    Location is great with the KTM station is just across the street. Near Jam Besar area but you will have to drive there. Please note that this hotel has no lift to the upper floor. All floors are only accessible by stairs only. Notice too, if you’re handicapped or OKU, no wheelchair ramp near the drop off area. Since there is no lift, according to the on duty staff, they will help to carry them to the room and vice versa. In a way, the mobility will be reduced to a minimum. Please note that when you do your booking. No fridge in room. The room we had, the mattress sunk on one side. We informed the front desk for them to replace it but they came and turned the mattress upside down. We survived however those old mattress should have been discarded. Front desk service was excellent Housekeeping Staff that did the room service during our stay was courteous and she did a great job. The restaurant staff were also did a great service and courteous but food taste (breakfast) and choices could be better.
