    The room condition was disappointing, and the environment was noisy,Facilities were terrible and comfort was poor.The experience did not live up to Agoda’s 8“Excellent” rating.Very dissatisfied and would not recommend.

    Facilities in the room are old, carpet worn out, refrigerator has a kind of smell, not so cold. Room has a stuffy smell when entered. No air-condition but a fan but ok since still cold inside. Should provide bathroom slippers since the bathroom floor is damn cold and water keeps pooling under the sink. We have to practically 'sweep' the water towards the hole with our foot every time we want to take our wuduk. Please take these comments to improve the service. Other than that overall the room is clean, the beds are comfortable, bedsheets is nice and we have a good night sleep. Love the bedsheets flowery design. Thank you.

    Unfortunately, the hotel room is quite outdated. It only features a bathtub, which is not suitable for seniors or individuals with disabilities, as there is no walk-in or accessible shower available. Furthermore, finding parking is very difficult due to the limited spaces provided by the hotel. Very very busy area.
