Sunway Lost World Hotel

The room came with entry tickets to the Hot Spring. Decent location as it is just across Lost World Tambun. The only downside is there was no hot water in the bath. Overall, good place to stay with the family.

Is was my second time visit sunway lost world hotel in a year. I very like the environment and the facilities. Night Fire show was amazing. I will visit again next year.

整體而言還不錯 住宿有附上晚上的入門票還算值得。只是房間比照片看起來來得小。本來想讓小孩睡在嬰兒床，結果整張嬰兒床佔據了整個走道，後來實在覺得不便利，請客房搬走。客房人員的服務非常周到，也沒有讓我們覺得他們很不悅，非常專業。

It was very convenient to visit the theme park while staying at the hotel. We could simply walk across the road and bring the baby back to the hotel for a shower and nap. Overall, our stay was alright, and most of the staff were friendly and helpful. For example, Mr Jit helped us with our luggage, the gentleman who assisted us with registration and checked in with us in the morning was very helpful, and a Malay lady also helped us sort out a room change due to an issue with our room. We must highlight that the hotel breakfast was amazing. There were lots of choices of food and drinks, and we really enjoyed it. However, I do want to mention an unfortunate incident. We initially checked into a Premier Suite (Deluxe Room), but the air conditioning started leaking badly. We called to request a room change, and when we went downstairs, an Indian lady in a black suit told us that they had changed our room to a Triple Room. When we asked whether it was the same rate, she initially said that our previous room had been upgraded, which was not true. She then mentioned that there were no more Deluxe Rooms available and said that the Triple Room was better for our family as there were three of us. What was disappointing was that there was no apology or acknowledgement of the inconvenience caused. I felt that the way the situation was handled could have been much better, and she could really work on her customer service skills. A simple apology and a more understanding approach would have made a big difference.
