    Very disappointed and not worth the price paid. The experience of staying at this hotel is really disappointing. The room given did not reach the level of comfort it should. The TV could not be used because it was still under maintenance, the bathtub was dirty, the toilet could not flush properly, and the air conditioner was not cold enough. This is not a small problem because all of these things involve basic facilities that should be working and in a clean condition before the room is given to the customer. I have also contacted the hotel to request a room change, but was informed that there were no available rooms. If there really was no suitable room, the hotel should at least offer a reasonable solution to the customer, instead of letting the customer pay the full price for a room that had so many problems. I came to the hotel not just to "arrive, sleep and go back". I paid for comfort, cleanliness and functional facilities. If even basic things like the TV, toilet, bathtub and air conditioner are problematic, what exactly did the customer pay for? I hope the management takes this matter seriously and provides a refund for at least 1 night as compensation for this very disappointing experience. I'm not asking for anything excessive — I just want my rights as a customer and a payment that is commensurate with the service received. It's a shame to pay to stay at a hotel and have to endure the condition of the room like this. Please management don't take customer complaints lightly.

    Friendly talking the hotel Near Mingo . Hotel very dirty and dusty. Smiley. Can't on television. Change to another room also same. . No value what I paid . Frustrated.
