    We stayed at Beringgis Beach Resort & Spa recently. Unfortunately, the overall experience was quite disappointing. Upon arrival, we had to wait quite a long time for towels to be provided. Basic room amenities such as toothbrush and toothpaste were also not available, which was unexpected for a resort stay. Luckily, we had brought our own. The swimming pool was a major concern. It looked poorly maintained, with dirty, greenish and foamy water, so we did not feel comfortable using it. The food was just average, and the sugar provided on the table had black ants, which was quite unpleasant. However, I would like to highlight that the staff were friendly and tried their best to assist us. We could see that they were making an effort to meet guests’ needs despite the shortcomings. Overall, the resort has potential, but cleanliness, facilities, room amenities and food hygiene really need serious improvement.
