    The hotel building hotel is very clean and has a pleasing design. The staff members are mixed; some good and some not so good. It was difficult get get a smile from any of the staff members. The spa was not always manned and the massage I got was ok but nothing to rave about. The shuttle bus was a very helpful service to and from the center of San Miguel. Overall, good stay.
