From check-in to check-out, the staff were so friendly and approachable. The room was very spacious and clean Beds were comfortable . Shower was great (having stayed in Malta before they can be a hit or a miss). Only thing was the balcony was very small but as we were there for 3nts only and were out and about it was fine but if you like to sit out on the balcony it is a bit of a squeeze for 2 never mind 4 . Pool areas fab - one on the roof for adults and the other outside. Entertainment was good. There was a kids club and daytime activities too. The restaurant is big with plenty seating , amazing and with plenty of choice . This is my 2nd time at this hotel and would definitely go back and recommend
