After seeing good reviews i thought i’d give it a try.
The rooms look nothing like of those in photos, its so old, smelly, and unkept. Very over priced for quality and service.
We had a 5 hour ELECTRICITY CUT! And the hotel didn’t have backup generators how embarrassing - they gave 0 compensation too.
The pool are is just gross. Theres always random stuff on the corridors and its wet or dirty. The beddings aren’t cleaned and smell.
The hotel are so stingy with room cleaning its only every 3 days! LOL! The towels have been used for 1000 years. Staff are friendly but not helpful in problem management.
The whole place needs to close down to be honest. It was chaotic.
