    The facilities are dated but very well maintained. The staff is very friendly and great training. Security guards can be annoying and rude. Everything else was top notch. The food variation gets old after few days.

    Every employee is well trained except the security guards. I do understand they want to enforce no visitors but they lack common sense and abuse of authority. Otherwise everything in the resort is great. Good food, excellent beach and pool. Limited options for dining and no convenience store close by. Also Uber is hard to get once you are in the hotel.
