    Rooms were big. Its restaurants are great. Location was perfect. Would come back.

    We stayed at this hotel on two separate occasions at the start and end of a tour around Mongolia (unfortunately we had pre-payed online, otherwise we would have changed hotels for the final night). When we were first checked into our room - the staff checked us into a room that was already occupied. We were very lucky that the occupants weren't in the room at the moment that we opened the door! Then, informed the staff, they changed the room to an older one (with a clunky key) and offered us nothing by way of apology. In addition, the hair dryer and internet didn't work in one of the rooms. The staff also didn't inform us in advance about how to use the gym - so we had to go down to the front desk in gym clothes to ask for help when we couldn't get in. When we asked not to be put into those same rooms for our return check in, the staff acted like it was a huge burden to them. Each time we needed help (due to the weirdness of the hotel itself) we felt that the service was brusque and not friendly. The location of the hotel is great, but the facilities are very old and I wouldn't recommend staying there to others.

    It’s an old hotel. I went to UB for business so I was not expecting to stay in the hotel the whole day. Staff were attentive, but they do not wash nor replace used spoons or glass during housekeeping. Asked here in Agoda for a high floor city view and they approved it, but they gave me a low floor with a view of the building just 5 to 10m away. Huge pro is its location, near the square and just a kilometer away from the State Department Store.

    Just needed an easy place to spend the night between flights. Room keys were given out and room was not cleaned yet from previous guests.
