    I had a disappointing experience at this hotel. I was charged an additional city tax that I was not expecting, and despite breakfast being clearly included in my booking, it was not provided. This was very frustrating and made the stay feel poor value for money. I expected the hotel to honor the booking as confirmed. I hope they improve their transparency with extra charges and ensure guests receive the services they have paid for.

    Stayed there for 4 nights. None of the days they cleaned the room or emptied the bin. The night staff male was also horrible. Not kind. We were just asking for an extra towels coz they havent given us new ones. He was giving us bad attitude.
