    We booked a room on Agoda that explicitly promised a "pool view." Instead, we were assigned a room facing a busy, noisy alley. When we complained, reception tried to excuse it by saying, "You booked a Superior Room, that’s why you got this room." This makes no sense—are there no Superior Rooms facing the pool? ​If the view is highly dependent on luck, it should not be advertised as a guaranteed pool view on Agoda. The street noise made it impossible to relax, and the staff's justification felt dismissive. Beware of the bait-and-switch here.

    I had a wonderful experience at Grand Plaza Marrakech Hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff were extremely polite, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything I needed. Their professionalism and kindness made my stay even more enjoyable. The hotel was exceptionally clean, and I would honestly rate the cleanliness 10/10. Every area of the hotel, including the rooms and common spaces, was spotless and very well maintained. The breakfast was outstanding, with a great variety of fresh and delicious options available every morning. It was one of the highlights of my stay. I also spent time at the pool, which was clean, relaxing, and perfect for enjoying the beautiful weather. The pool area was well organized and added to the overall comfort of the hotel. Overall, my stay was fantastic, and I highly recommend Grand Plaza Marrakech Hotel to anyone visiting Marrakech. The excellent service, amazing breakfast, perfect cleanliness, and great facilities made it a truly memorable experience. I would definitely stay here again.

    When I arrived, the receptionist was very unwelcoming. I informed them that I had a reservation, which was confirmed and already paid for, and I showed them the booking confirmation. However, they told me I needed to wait a few minutes until it appeared in their system. I ended up waiting for nearly an hour while they kept saying that the reservation had not come through to their system. They also seemed frustrated with the contracts and the booking process. I suggested that they contact you directly, and they eventually called their manager, who instructed them to let me in. After waiting for about an hour, I was finally allowed in. The whole experience was very unpleasant, especially the way I was received and treated, despite showing all the documents proving that I had booked and paid through your service. It was not a good experience at all, particularly after a long and exhausting journey. اعد واحسن الصياغه باللغه الانجليزيه باختصار Upon arrival, the receptionist was unwelcoming. I informed them that I had a confirmed and prepaid reservation and showed my booking confirmation, but they asked me to wait until it appeared in their system. Overall, the experience was very disappointing, especially after a long and exhausting journey, despite having clear proof of my confirmed and paid reservation.
