    What a fabulous place. Location ideal with beautiful views over the river. Room spacious with everything you need, including AC fridge and kettle! Breakfast served on the garden each morning is fabulous. What makes this place so special are the owners who go out of their way to make your stay wonderful, arranging tuk tuks to beach and river cruises but also wanting to chat. If asked they will also arrange to cook you an evening meal. So nice. The young man who serves breakfast, keeps the garden tidy and services the rooms is lovely too. Would not hesitate to recommend you will not be disappointed.

    The hotel is very nice. It is more like an Airbnb than a hotel with the hosts living on the ground floor. Very nice hosts and well made property. Both Kids and adults enjoyed staying in this property. Good value!

    They are too good in terms of cleanliness...very cooperative host.. location is good.. on the banks of bentota river...highly recommended for the stay... spacious rooms with all facilities...just awesome 👍👍
