    The residence is in a convenient area and overall it was a comfortable stay. The room facilities were acceptable for a short visit. However, the cleanliness can be improved, as some parts did not feel as clean as expected. If housekeeping is improved, this place would be much better.

    This place only provided one key card, which meant the air conditioning turned off whenever we left the room. As a result, the room and towels became very humid and developed an unpleasant smell, especially when drying clothes or after showering. The cleanliness could have been better. There were quite a few hairs around the room, the towels were very worn and should be replaced, and I was surprised that a used kitchen sponge was provided. We stayed in Room 802. The kitchen light was not working when we arrived. Although we reported it immediately, it took over an hour to be fixed. We had just arrived in Jeju and were very tired. We were told the receptionist would contact us, but no one did, and we had to call reception several times. Unfortunately, the light stopped working again the next day and was never repaired, so we spent the remaining four days without a kitchen Overall, the room was spacious, but the maintenance and housekeeping standards need improvement.
