    We stayed here for 3 nights with our young kids. We knew this was a hostel type setup, but we're not expecting the dirtiness and smell of the shared toilet and shower areas. The beds were fine. There was no fitted sheet, just a mattress cover, thick sheet, and a comforter. I could not adjust the AC below 25°C. It was pretty warm in the room. The most disappointing part was the smell of the shared toilet and shower areas. It smelled of urine and mildew. There are rings around the toilet. Standing water in the shower area multiple times. Broken tiles in the shower wall. Mildew stains on the caulking around the shower area. The door handles did not fully latch so you could not actually lock the shower door in the men's area. The location is great and the staff were friendly enough. They spoke English well.

    Paid extra 100000won to upgrade to bigger room with toilet inside. The aircon not working properly, it will shut down by midnight for few hours. To my worst nightmare is there're lots of mosquitoes in the room. Coz it's hot when i slept, i opened up the blanket only covered my legs, that is when I was bitten whole face and both hands on the first night. When my husband went to the reception to complain, the staff passed him a bottle of mosquito spray asked my husband to spray himself. My daughter also was bitten and the bitten spots started to swollen and itchy. On the second night, the aircon started to off again midnight and i dare not to uncover the blanket as I was scared of getting bitten by mosquitoes again. There're still mosquitoes in the room even after my husband sprayed with the repellent. I was surprised that Agoda rated this hotel with 8+ star with mosquitoes room

    I paid for 3 nights stay from 30 April to 3 May. However when i reached on the morning of 1st May at 10am, i was not allowed to check in even after i show proof that I hv made full payment prior to my visit. I am still waiting for my refund as I requested for a full refund for the 1st day of my stay where i wasnt allowed to check in.
