    For the size and location of the room, the price is very good. The room was very shiny and reflective - I thought it was great, never stayed in a hotel like this before. Room was clean. The staff was always helpful. The only part we didn’t like was the light system, which seems to be common in some hotels- Buttons on the wall that operate entire rooms. The Louis does have an iPad type system bedside that allows operation of the lights and the sliding curtain, but it doesn’t operate the AC’s or TV’s or all the lights, just most of them. There was also a loud - bass stereo kind of sound bumping through the room every night. At first we thought it was the 24 hr karaoke bar next door, but then we’d walk outside and wouldn’t be able to hear it at all. So who knows? All in all, solid hotel. Prime location. We had the top floor though, not sure if we would have enjoyed lower floors as much.

    Everything is good but not fond with the staff attitudes female and male staff during check in. Make us Feeling not so welcoming and being judged. Glad I'm not extending my stay here even love the location near the beach. The staff during check out have good personality, manners and warm.

    Honestly, I have been to many hotels and they always have shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Further more they have coffee and tea in the room. This had none of that provided for the price I paid for 2 nights. It wasn’t cheap to say the least so I expected better quality. They sent a message saying I have to purchase the shampoo and stuff but when I arrived they game one pack for free because of the holiday. That was nice but the problem is it was so small and not really good. If it was cheap I would not have written a review but seeing what I paid and what I ended up with… yea not saying here ever again.
