    I would like to make a complaint regarding my recent stay at the hotel, as unfortunately the overall experience was very disappointing. Firstly, the blanket cover was not properly secured and easily became separated from the blanket, which was uncomfortable and raised concerns about cleanliness and hygiene. In addition, I noticed staining on the bed sheet, which is unacceptable for a hotel room and made me uncomfortable using the bed. After staying for just one night, I also noticed that my face developed acne/breakouts, which I have not experienced to this extent before. While I cannot confirm that this was directly caused by the bedding, the condition of the bed linen made me concerned about the cleanliness and hygiene standards of the room. Another issue was during check-out. I checked out at approximately 5:00 AM, but there was no staff at the front counter. I understand that the hotel has a staff break from 3:00 AM to 5:00 AM, but there should still be a proper arrangement for guests who need to check out during this period, especially for guests leaving early for a flight. I had to leave without any staff assistance at the counter. Overall, I am very disappointed with the cleanliness, bedding condition, and lack of front-desk assistance. I expected a much better standard from the hotel. I would appreciate it if the hotel could look into these issues and provide an explanation and appropriate compensation/refund for the unsatisfactory stay.

    Enjoyed my one night stay, would have stayed longer 100%. Room was large and comfortable. Manager spoke English as well which helped a lot.

    Honestly, I have been to many hotels and they always have shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Further more they have coffee and tea in the room. This had none of that provided for the price I paid for 2 nights. It wasn’t cheap to say the least so I expected better quality. They sent a message saying I have to purchase the shampoo and stuff but when I arrived they game one pack for free because of the holiday. That was nice but the problem is it was so small and not really good. If it was cheap I would not have written a review but seeing what I paid and what I ended up with… yea not saying here ever again.
