    This place have very nice room but the outside seems like not being taking care to the max. Very little people around, very near to Seopjikoji. At night when we reach here it was very dark & hard to find the receptionist. Overall the stay was very good despite the smale downfall.

    No food at hotel or nearby... No staffs either... No one around... Hotel looks haunted.... They charge you 10000 won for 10 min delay in checkout time... Nothing much to explore near by... The only thing good is the room

    The lodging itself was clean. The building on the other hand was very old and rundown, especially the outside. Paint was chipping and wallpaper was peeling off. The photos on the property ad were very deceiving. The bathroom also smelled. There were several problems inside the unit. The restroom smelled, and there was a blood stain on one of the pillows. Several of the lights were not working. The shower door did not close all the way, causing leaks. The washing machine was broken. Staff on site told us that we could use the washer in another unit, but that unit was on another floor. We requested cancellation and refund of two nights of our three night stay. We were told by staff on site to contact Agoda for a refund. We received notice from Agoda that the process has been started, but they have yet to hear from the Ocean star property owner.. We never received email regarding the reservation confirmation or information about the property. We only got the code for the door lock handwritten on a piece of paper upon check-in.
