    We are happy with the customer service this accommodation has provided us. Kudos to the male staff for being hospitable and kind. The location is good, there is a bus stop and have many stores nearby. Easy to locate by Uber/Taxi too. Relaxing and environment is quiet. Toiletries are also provided and the equipments available on the room are all functional.

    Overall, I had a pleasant stay. The facilities were very good — clean, comfortable, and convenient. The location was also great: the area felt safe, and it only took about 20 minutes to get to the airport, which was perfect for my early morning flight. However, the communication with the hotel could be improved. I emailed them before my arrival to ask for some information but didn’t receive any reply. When I arrived, there was no staff at the reception, and I had to wait quite a while before someone came to assist me. It would be much more convenient if the hotel provided a WhatsApp contact or another instant messaging channel for easier communication. In addition, I once asked the staff to help me scan a QR code to add an eSIM to my phone — without it, I wouldn’t have been able to make calls, use online services, or make payments. The staff seemed hesitant and refused to help, perhaps due to the language barrier. I would suggest having more English-speaking staff available to assist international guests.
