    The lobby was the only part clean. The rugs in the hallways were covered in stains. The elevador door and floor was completely dirty. If we had not arrived so late with a young child (12am) we would've left for another hotel. Stay here if you don't mind staying in a dirty hotel. The place looks nothing like the pictures.

    the location is not too good, but the bus station is close to get to all the places, except for this everything is pretty nice, the staff was friendly when we couldnt find out stuff and they let us leave the baggage after check out

    we have had bed bugs and the hotel staff didn't allow us to move rooms. The main hallway is very dirty and the smell is reeking smoke and old stuff
