Położenie obiektu, wygląd budynków z zewnątrz i dodatkowe usługi (kajaki, rowery do wypożyczenia itd.)
Niedobre jedzenie w restauracji, nie do końca czysto w pokojach. Obsługa w trakcie śniadań nie donosiła produktów na bieżąco, więc części rzeczy brakowało. Brak dostępu do jeziora, a prawie cała linia brzegowa jest prywatna. Do jeziora można dojść ok 2 min., gdzie znajduje się ogólnodostępna plaża, jednak bez dobrego widoku na jezioro (dostęp do wąskiego kanału, którym można wypłynąć na jezioro)
