    Stayed at Somerset Jeju family suite over 3 nights. The room was excellent, clean and spacious. No complaints abt the room itself. The staff infirmed us that there wld be a transport service from front lobby to out room as the facility was huge. Check in was ok. But on the 2nd night on 1st Oct, we returned to the lobby at 8+pm and requested for a transport to our room, we were treated to a staff that was rude and obviously unhappy we requested for the transport service. He left the lobby and went out to sit inside the van, didn't even open the van door for us. While on the way out, he just opened the front door and left on his own, with the swing door almost hitting my wife. Very rude and self centered staff!

    Must walk a distance to clubhouse. Very troublesome. Want to swim also must drive there want to checkout also must drive there. Housekeeping only once. Didnt feel like e room was v clean either. I had to wipe e window filled w dust.

    Recommended hotel for family trip. Restaurant out of the hotel is a bit far but if you consider the sightseeing to other areas during the day, location is not so bad.
