I visited this hotel again because I had such a great experience staying here before, and it was just as wonderful this time. The rooms are so clean and the bedding feels like a true five star experience. Everything is thoughtfully prepared, and the bathroom includes shampoo, conditioner, body wash, soap, as well as a toothbrush and toothpaste, which makes the stay very comfortable. The staff are all such amazing people and they make you feel welcome right away. The restaurant downstairs offers chef curated dishes that are truly memorable. It reminded me of a hotel in Paris, especially because of the quality of the food and the overall atmosphere. The location is also very convenient, with the airport bus only a few minutes walk away, and the view opens out to the ocean which makes it even more special. Every room has a beautiful painting, something I appreciated even more since I have stayed here before. This place does not feel like a typical hotel. It feels much more unique and personal. Because of this experience, I would not go to any other hotel in Jeju.

The staff speaks excellent English with confidence and professionalism, ensuring that every guest feels entirely comfortable. The cocktails are masterpieces of sophistication, crafted with precision and imagination, and easily deserve the highest praise. I must also extend my sincere appreciation to the front desk manager, whose kindness left a lasting impression. He personally assisted me with my luggage and boxes, offering help with genuine warmth and attentiveness. His professionalism and gracious demeanor set the tone for a stay defined by thoughtful service. This is not simply a hotel where one spends the night. It is a sanctuary of calm elegance where every detail has been considered. After ten unforgettable nights, leaving felt almost impossible. it's a bad experience in this hotel. I lost my valuable things which I think it was taken by the cleaner. the receptionist is very nice and help me trying to find it.
