Incheon Airport Hotel Airstay

Before staying at this hotel, I had contacted the staff to ask about the check-in process and how to get to the hotel from Terminal 2 of Incheon Airport. The staff provided clear and helpful information, allowing us to reach the hotel smoothly and without any issues. Checking in was quick and easy, and we booked the earliest airport shuttle at that time, which was included with our stay. The room was clean and simple, though a bit outdated. There were some holes in the bedsheets and towels, and the bathroom sink leaked onto the floor. However, this wasn’t much of a problem since slippers were provided. The beds were firm but comfortable. Would I recommend this hotel? Yes, definitely. It’s a good choice if you need a clean, affordable place to stay close to the airport. I would certainly recommend it for an overnight stay.

Don't let the glowing reviews fool you. You are getting what you pay for with this hotel. I asked for a non-smoking room and got a room that reeked of cigarette smoke. The lights would not stay on, nor would the air-conditioner. The bathroom light was completely broken, and could not be turned off while the card was in the wall slot to provide power to the room. The bed and pillowcases had visible hairs on them, like they had not been changed at all, just remade after the last customer had slept there. The air conditioner, when in worked, stayed at 18 degrees Celsius, with no way to change it. When I informed the worker at the front desk of all this, he sprayed a little air freshener in my room, jammed another card behind the room key card to keep the lights on, and got me another pillowcase, and then left. I would have at least expected another room after I specifically requested non-smoking accommodations! Because it was so late and I had a flight the next day, I was forced to stay in the hotel. I ended up having to remove the keycard holder to turn the air-conditioner off because it was just so cold in the room. I woke up after only about 5 hours because it sounded like someone tried to force their way into my room; the door rattled and the lock played the song it plays when someone uses a keycard to open it. I had used the chain to lock the door, so no one could enter, but it was alarming all the same. I could not go back to sleep after that, both because I felt unsafe and also because I had begun to have a bad allergic reaction to the smoke in the room, which continued for the rest of my trip. I came down early the next morning, hoping to be able to catch the 9 AM shuttle to the airport, but it had left early and no one was at the front desk. When I caught the 10 AM shuttle, the driver would have driven away without unloading my bags from the back of the shuttle had I not run up after getting a baggage cart and banged on the window. I do not expect fancy accommodations when booking a stay at a hotel like this. I do, however, expect it to be cleaned properly, for appliances to work properly, and to receive a nonsmoking room after I specifically requested one. I would not recommend this hotel, especially for single female travelers.

First off, staff are excellent and accommodated our very late check in as well as booking the shuttle for 6:00am. Thank you to the kind staff. The room and facility is quite old and many things in the room were damaged or still dirty. Cracked toilet seat cover, damaged walls and cabinets, etc. Table surfaces still with food residue… Beds and bathroom and towels were all perfect though. We had everything we needed, some things just need proper repair. The shuttle made it all worth it though. That’s why we’re all here, right? Unbeatable convenience to be dropped right at the terminal of the airport early in the morning. Bottom line: Great staff, not a room you want to spend time in, but a dependable shuttle for an early morning flight!
