Spacious apartment with sea view

Sea view from balcony. Well organised reception of keys at arrival and checkout at self-Service. Spacious apartment. Free resident parking. Proximity to cycle network. Towels and linen included in rent.

Kitchenware needed some extra cleaning, but not a problem, dishwasher is available. Only half toilet paper roll at arrival, but we brought our own toilet paper any way.

Very good

Spacious apartment with a good view from the balcony onto the sea. Good location on a not too busy part of the coast. Easy and free parking. Great communication with host and easy checkin and out.

Kitchen crockery could have been a bit more (specifically wine glasses - only 3 - and bowls for e.g. cereals: the ones there were too small).

De locatie was top met een super zicht op de getijden en opde vele zeehonden met de telelens.

De bedden waren te hard, het kussen was een lawaaikussen. Je had er niets aan.

Leider nicht zu empfehlen

Die Lage ist top, die Wohnung ist vom Schnitt gut. Parkplatz vor dem Haus.

Die Wohnung war sehr verschmutzt. Das Geschirr, das Besteck und die ganze Küche waren klebrig, Balkonmöbel waren auch dreckig. Durch die Scheiben konnte man kaum schauen, weil sie lange nicht geputzt wurden. Tote spinnen und Spinnweben an den Fenstern. Einige Bettdecken hatte gelbe Flecken. So was muss bei der Reinigung doch behoben werden! Die gesamte Ausstattung lässt zu wünschen übrig. Einige Möbel sind in sehr schlechtem Zustand, teilweise defekt oder beschädigt. Alles wirkt sehr zusammengewürfelt. Für den doch sehr hohen Mietpreis und den hohen Preis für die Reinigung ist das nicht akzeptabel. Wir haben uns leider nicht wohl gefühlt.

De ligging, het uitzicht (met verrekijker!) en de ruimte.

niet schoon (dikke laag stof onder kasten, toilet niet schoon, vuile placemets), kapotte apparatuur (oven, ook na tussenkomst technische man, flikkerende lamp in de badkamer, kapotte lamp in een van de twee slaapkamers), vaatwasser waar het zout in op was, niet-passende lakens voor het tweepersoonsbed, ontbreken van leeslampen in de woonkamer en ontbreken van bedlampjes in de slaapkamers, ontbrekende handleidingen voor apparatuur (tv, vaatwasser) of niet in het Nederlands (oven). Er waren wel handleidingen, maar pas na enig zoeken vonden we die boven in een kast en betroffen soms zaken die voor een huurder niet relevant waren (kranen bijv) of waren van apparatuur die er niet meer was.
