    I recently stayed at this hotel and overall my experience was not very positive. There was a safety issue in my room (619) where the shower fixture appeared to be defective and unfortunately caused a cut on my hand. I called the reception, but no one came for quite a while, so I had to message the hotel via Agoda. Eventually, one staff member came to fix the shower, and later another brought only three band-aids. What stood out was that both seemed more concerned about inspecting the shower than checking on my injured finger. I believe guest care should come first. And I had expected a bit more care or assistance given the situation Additionally, the check-in experience could be improved. There were seats in the lobby area, but they belonged to the hotel’s café. We were asked to leave because we didn’t order drinks, even though there were plenty of empty seats. As hotel guests, this felt quite unwelcoming. On the plus side, the hotel is conveniently located near the airport, which is suitable for early flights. However, the overall quality does not match the price paid. It is also a wedding venue, so it can get quite crowded on weekends. Overall, I believe the hotel has potential, but better maintenance and more attentive guest welcome and support would make a significant difference. For now, I would consider other options for my next stay.
